Each change in your plan affects the plumbing, and much of that work has to happen before drywall and tile cover the connections.
A sink on a new wall means its supply and drain connections move too.
A second or island sink needs supply and drain connections first.
A new valve behind the wall has to go in before the tile covers it.
Faucets, toilets, sinks, or a disposal checked, fitted, and connected.
During rough-in, we install or move the supply lines that bring water to your fixtures and the drain lines that carry it away. Stub-outs, the short pipe ends left for final connections, and the valves that control the supply are placed to suit the fixtures you chose. This happens before drywall and tile cover the connections, and final trim follows when the room is ready.
The same crew that did the rough-in returns to set and connect sinks, faucets, toilets, shower valve trim, and disposals. Kitchen sink installation includes the supply, drain, faucet, and disposal where one is included. We check each fixture fits the prepared plumbing, then show you how it works and where the shut-off valves are. We wear shoe covers and leave the room cleaner than we found it.

If you notice mineral buildup on faucets or showerheads in your Boise, Meridian, or Nampa home, a remodel is a useful time to discuss hard water, since deposits can affect cartridges, shower valves, and toilet parts in your new fixtures. While walls are open, we also assess the accessible supply piping and explain any recommended work separately from the fixture installation.
Bathroom rough-in plumbing is the supply piping, drain piping, and valves installed before the walls and finishes close them in. It establishes the connections for your sink, toilet, tub, or shower. Final trim comes later, when the room is ready for fixtures. We explain both stages during the on-site estimate.

Yes, we can move plumbing connections for a sink, toilet, or shower, subject to the layout and available access. You need plumbing work before the tile for rough-in and afterward for final trim. Lines, concealed valves, and connection points need to be positioned while access is available. Once the surrounding finishes are ready, we return to install the fixtures and visible trim. Discussing fixture choices early helps us prepare the correct connections.
Yes, we can install a faucet, toilet, or sink you purchased yourself. We review the fixture and its connection requirements to check how it fits the planned plumbing.
