The information on this website is general and is provided to help you understand our services. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your plumbing. Every home is different, and we recommend work only after we have seen it.

Estimates and services

Requesting an estimate or booking a visit does not create an obligation for you or for us. We quote after seeing the plumbing. Any work we perform is governed by the estimate or agreement you approve, and our one-year workmanship warranty applies as described with your job. Equipment manufacturers’ warranties are separate.

Plumbing emergencies

For a burst pipe, active leak, or other urgent problem, call us at 208-789-0777. Do not rely on the online form or booking window for an emergency.

Online booking and other services

Online booking is provided by Housecall Pro, and reviews are shown through Trustindex. The site also links to other websites, such as Google Maps and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and their own terms apply.
